 | Ann McKusick, President Ann joined FCS in 2005. Her passion is to promote the joy of giving. Since 1980 she has served charitable givers as a staff member of internationally respected Christian non-profit organizations, as a volunteer board member, consultant, and as a speaker and writer in the area of giving and donor relations. Ann served World Vision for over 12 years in the area of resource development with an emphasis on foundation and corporate relations and communications. She also founded Women of Vision, a nationwide volunteer and advocacy group of World Vision. From 1994 to 1998, she was vice president at Fuller Theological Seminary overseeing the Office of Institutional Advancement. Ann serves on the board of The Seed Company and Christian Leadership Alliance. Ann and her husband Richard live in Pasadena where they are members of Lake Avenue Church. | | |  | Steve Marken, Esq., Vice President Steve is a licensed attorney who practiced law for seven years with an established firm in Orange County. He then left the practice of law and went to work at the corporate offices of Pacific Life and ING Advisors as an advanced markets consultant, training and assisting some of the top financial advisors throughout the country with the conceptualization and implementation of sophisticated financial and estate plans. Prior to joining FCS in 2008, Steve served as the Director of Gift Planning at the Orange County Community Foundation. Steve and his family are members of Grace Church in Laguna Niguel. | | |  | Terri Ponce de Leon, Manager Terri joined FCS in 2005 and brings over 20 years experience in client services, communications, management and development. Terri developed expertise in customer service and technical support through management and supervisory positions at Verizon, California Power Exchange Pasadena and Altrio Communications. She is a recipient of numerous awards for excellent customer service, which she now applies to Kingdom work. Terri’s passion lies in helping and serving others. She is an active volunteer board member for Little House for Women and with Unity in the Community, Long Beach. Terri is also actively involved in youth ministry, community outreach development and women’s counseling at Hosanna Christian Fellowship in Bellflower, along with her husband Randy and their son, Conner. | | |
